Coming soon! Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS) will launch its newly redesigned website for employers and employees.

The primary objective of our redesigned site is to provide a more user-friendly experience for employers and participants in the Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP), Minnesota Deferred Compensation Plan (MNDCP), and State employees’ defined benefit pension plans.

The redesigned website will feature:

  • a single site for both employers and employees (currently we maintain two websites)
  • a modern look and streamlined navigation
  • instructional and informational videos
